In construction for over 20 years, Hesser worked his way into project management after owning his own painting company for 10 years. He first worked in residential before moving on to commercial construction.
Over the past four years Hesser has managed total buildouts and remodeling for almost 50 stores for an international coffee chain.
Hesser graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
